"Great personality and wonderful customer service."

"Sandra the sales representative was misleading and unprofessional. She was rude and became irritated by me the customer asking question about the insurance rate and scoring system. I had 4 cars with the agent and when I asked for a quote to add a car I was quoted a price of 400 additional dollars just to add one more car. She could not explain the rating system but kept telling me that luxury cars are more expensive to repair as if they hadn't covered another luxury car for me before I sold it. I asked if there was an underwriter I could speak to and she began explaining that she had been in the business for over 20 years and then said I could have the same car as my neighbor and we could be quoted a different price. I asked on the recorded line if State Farm does not practice equity and equality and she explained again how luxury cars cost more to cover, even with no accidents or tickets on my record. She argued with me about not being about to provide the criteria in which I was rated for the auto and basically told me I had the right to take my business elsewhere. Beware of Sandra!"

"Sandra the sales representative was misleading and unprofessional. She lied by telling me that I did not have to accept the safe drive discount to receive the rate I was quoted. I then received a bill for 800 dollars, and when I asked why the bill went up, I was told I did not sign up for safe drive and I had to do so. I explained to her that she told me I did not have to accept safe drive to get the price I was quoted. She argued with me about her misleading information and ultimately hung up the phone."
